Grants for Students
College Access Program (GAP Grants)
Helping students cover the cost of higher education.
The Medina City Schools Foundation established the GAP Grants program as part of an effort to serve the educational needs of our community.
The purpose of the GAP grant program is to help Medina students with unmet financial need. Specifically, the shortfall or gap between the cost of attendance and available resources, including college and federal aid, scholarships, and expected family contribution (based on income from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
GAP grants can also be used for trade and technical school expenses.
The GAP grant program provides up to $1,500 per year, renewable for up to 5 years.
